Introduction
Parking World Ltd acts as a booking agent; therefore, all responsibility and liability for vehicles rest with the parking service provider.
Our aim is to make your airport parking experience simple and transparent. All necessary information is provided on our website so you fully understand the services offered before making a purchase.
All bookings are made on the basis that the customer fully accepts both Parking World Ltd’s and the service provider’s terms and conditions. While we offer a range of high-value and budget options, many of our services are low-cost. These terms are designed to keep prices competitive and within set limits.
These terms are governed by English law and apply from the moment a booking reference is issued via phone or website.
If any term is found to be unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms (severability).
Parking World Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms; however, the terms applicable to your booking will be those in place at the time of booking.

Bookings
You must read and understand all information related to the service provider, including their terms, before making a booking. Any questions must be raised prior to purchase.
Bookings made online are confirmed via an email containing your booking reference. If you do not receive confirmation, you must contact us immediately to avoid cancellation or no-show charges.
Bookings made via phone or chat are confirmed once a booking reference is issued.
All bookings are subject to availability. Parking World Ltd reserves the right not to accept or fulfil a booking. A booking does not guarantee a parking space, and in cases where a service provider cannot fulfil the booking, it may be cancelled with a full refund. No liability is accepted for any consequential losses.
All bookings are non-transferable.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details and follow the directions and instructions provided for your chosen service.
You must bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation when travelling.
For Mystery or Saver products, the exact car park will only be disclosed after purchase. While we aim to provide relevant information, these products may not suit all needs, and we are not responsible if they are unsuitable.
Parking World Ltd may occasionally make changes to bookings. If this occurs, you will be informed as soon as possible and offered a full refund if the alternative is not suitable.
Service providers may restrict the use of dash cams or trackers for security and insurance reasons. You must check with the provider before booking. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service.
Service providers may move vehicles between different compounds for operational or security purposes, especially during busy periods.
Prices and Payments
All prices are quoted in GBP and apply to pre-bookings only.
All bookings include a non-refundable booking fee.
Payments must be made via card or PayPal. Transactions may appear as Smart Travel Deals Ltd on your statement.
If payment is declined, Parking World Ltd and the service provider reserve the right not to fulfil the booking.
Additional charges may apply for extras such as terminal fees, delays, or oversized vehicles. These are set by the service provider and are independent of advertised prices.
VAT receipts can only be issued by the service provider. Parking World Ltd can only provide a gross payment receipt.
Amendments and Cancellations
All amendments and cancellations must be requested in writing via email or by contacting us with your booking reference.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the drop-off date, except for non-flexible products. A £15 administration fee applies unless cancellation cover has been purchased.
If cancellation cover is purchased, you may cancel up to 48 hours before departure and receive a full refund excluding booking fees and extras.
No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the drop-off date or for no-shows.
Bookings made within 48 hours of the drop-off date are non-refundable.
Cancellation cover does not apply to same-day or next-day bookings or certain specified products.
Amendments made within 48 hours of drop-off will incur a £15 administration fee per change, excluding any price differences.
Amendments after drop-off must be arranged directly with the service provider, and additional charges may apply.
No refunds will be issued if the duration of stay is reduced after the service has started.
Non-refundable bookings (including Saver products) cannot be amended or cancelled.
Requests are processed during office hours only (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30).
Once confirmed, cancellations or amendments cannot be reversed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For timing purposes, services are considered to begin at midnight the day before the scheduled service date.
Liability
Parking World Ltd provides booking services by connecting customers with available parking providers. When making a booking, you also agree to the service provider’s terms and conditions.
The contract for parking services is between you and the service provider, not Parking World Ltd.
Parking World Ltd is only liable for losses directly caused by its own negligence in processing bookings.
All claims relating to vehicle damage, loss, or service delivery must be made directly to the service provider and are subject to their terms.
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. No valuables should be left inside. Parking World Ltd does not guarantee the safety of vehicles or contents. Customers should rely on their own insurance for any claims.
Total liability of Parking World Ltd is limited to the total booking amount paid, including parking and booking fees.
No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or enjoyment. Customers are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.
Parking World Ltd strives to provide accurate information, but details are supplied by service providers and may change. Any inaccuracies identified will be corrected promptly.
Complaints Process
As a booking agent, Parking World Ltd is only responsible for issues arising from booking processing.
All service-related complaints (e.g., vehicle handling, delays, damages) must be directed to the service provider, with a copy sent to Parking World Ltd.
Complaints should include full details, supporting documents, and photographs where applicable.
